Brooke joined Capital Commercial in 2026 as Director of Transaction Management with the Capital Commercial Investment Services (CCIS) team – a leader in the Manitoba market for selling commercial investment properties with a focus on multi-family apartments, industrial buildings, and shopping centres.

She brings over five years of commercial real estate experience, with a background spanning institutional investment advisory as well as industrial sales and leasing. Having previously worked with a multinational brokerage’s national investment team, she has been involved in the execution of complex transactions for both private and institutional clients.

Her experience includes working with landlords and tenants on leasing strategies and transaction execution, with a focus on delivering efficient, detail-oriented processes that drive value for clients. Brooke is highly engaged throughout each stage of the deal lifecycle, coordinating due diligence, managing critical timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and an MBA from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.
